I don't think I have ever turned a sinner from his/her ways, except myself. I find it very hard to confront someone for what I have judged to be their sin, much less to do that in a way that will not be met with defensive hostility. I have been shown my own sin by others though, both in loving and not-so-loving ways. I am thankful for those times, even if they were painful at the time because now I can see that sin clearly and do my best to avoid repeating it.
